Five convicts, who were recently sentenced to death by hanging for killing businessman Erasto
In Summary
- The death sentence against
the quintet was passed on July 23, this year, by Judge Salma Maghimbi of
the High Court, whereby she acquitted the second accused Shwaibu
Jumanne alias Mredii. The convicts are the first accused Sharifu
Mohamed, Mussa Mangu (third accused), Karim Kihundwa (fifth accused),
Sadik Jabir (sixth accused) and the seventh accused Ally Majeshi.
