Tanzania:40 French traders eye Dar investment opportunities

A DELEGATION of 40 French businesspeople is expected to land in the country next month to explore the investment opportunities.

The French Ambassador to Tanzania, Frederic Clavier revealed this matter when he toured the headquarters of the Tanzania Standard Newspapers (TSN) Limited located near Tazara Junction, along Mandela Expressway in Dar es Salaam, early Tuesday.
TSN, the government owned firm, publishes the Daily News, Sunday News, HabariLeo, HabariLeo Jumapili and SpotiLeo newspapers.
The diplomat applauded TSN initiatives including educating and unveiling various opportunities available in the country through Business Forums.
Due to the existing diplomatic relations between Paris and Dar es Salaam, Ambassador Clavier invited Tanzanian traders to visit France to explore investment opportunities.
Meanwhile, TSN Managing Editor, Dr Jim Yonaz thanked the diplomat for visiting the company, promising the cooperation between the two sides.
