Mr Mohamed Morsi, politicians and civil society organisations in the
country to use diplomatic means to resolve the political crisis that has
engulfed the country. The call was made by US President Barack Obama

House in Dar es Salaam during his first day of his two-day tour of Tanzania.President Obama said the US will not set sanctions against the Egyptian President as he insisted that his country isn’t imposing who should or shouldn’t rule Egypt. He was responding to a question from a reporter who sought to know why Obama had not called for Mr Morsi’s resignation.
