Exim Bank Strengthens 50 Women’s Entrepreneurship Through WEP 2026

By Guardian Correspondent , The Guardian

Exim Bank Tanzania has celebrated the graduation of women entrepreneurs who successfully completed the six-week Women Empowerment Programme (WEP) 2026 in Dar es Salaam.

Implemented under Exim Cares, WEP equips women entrepreneurs with practical knowledge and skills to strengthen their businesses, from financial management and budgeting to understanding customers, identifying market opportunities, and planning for sustainable growth.

The programme goes beyond training. Graduates are connected to opportunities, networks and financial solutions that can support them as they take the next step in their business journey.

As they celebrate these 50 women, Exim Bank looks forward to seeing their businesses grow, create opportunities and make a difference in their families and communities
