KIGOMA: Kigoma Regional commissioner, Thobias Andengenye, receiving a souvenir from the Tanzania Cigarette Public Limited Company CEO & General Manager, Takashi Araki, during the illicit/illegal cigarette workshop which was held in Kigoma town earlier this week.
The workshop brought together various stakeholders from the Government and private sector to discuss the challenges of the growing cigarette illlicit trade in the boarder regions and the impact to the tobacco supply chain and the economy as a whole.
