“The aim of this Triple check campaign based on three things; Quality, Quantity and Service is to ensure that every customer who visits any of the company’s service stations gets the right quality of fuel in their vehicle, the right quantity they have paid for,” he said.
He emphasized that customers must be served with the service level they deserve.
“We at Vivo Energy Rwanda put the customer at the heart of our business. This is why we spend ample time in developing quality products and services that will make their experience convenient and unforgettable,” he said.
He said there are necessary equipment that test and ensure the quality of fuel products they sell to clients
“We have to ensure that the quality of the products we load from the depots is uniform. We are promising and we are putting in place all the elements in order to ensure the quality of our products from depot through transportation to stations.
As people, we strive to live a healthy life in order to feel good and live longer; the same way, as motorists, we want our vehicles to be treated the best way so that it can serve us better and longer with less headache,” he added.

The campaign will be conducted over the next six weeks according to Ghislain Cyubahiro Kambali, the Marketing Manager of Vivo Energy Rwanda.
The first three weeks we shall focus on the awareness and communication of this campaign, while the following three weeks are going to be focused on the promotion and activation where the company’s customers will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
He said the prizes meet clients’ wishes.
“We have trained on quality service delivery. In the second phase of the campaign, we will reward clients through a lottery while buying our products. The prizes include power banks, Bluetooth speakers, tyres covers, and many others we will prepare,” he said.
Philbert Zimurinda, the National Metrology Division Manager at Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) said RSB does inspection twice a year to ensure that the companies provide quality products.
