PFA reiterates commitment to competitive RSA returns on investment

By Bankole Orimisan

Leadway Pensure has reiterated its commitment to continuous excellent service delivery as it helps customers grow their Retirement Savings Account (RSA)

This was the submission of the Managing Director, Mrs. Ronke Adedeji, who spoke to The Guardian at the weekend on how PFAs can adopt key qualities to distinguish themselves.

By constantly delivering unique services and innovating better processes, she said, Leadway is pushing the frontiers of the pension industry in Nigeria while offering comfort to RSA holders.

Recently, it launched an online RSA enrollment portal, which enables users to remotely open accounts and get the Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) within ten minutes. This, coupled with its other digital platforms, she said, provides accessibility and convenience for customers to have wholesome and seamless pension experiences.

Adedeji said the company would not relent in its quest to find better ways to connect with customers and give them excellent service.

She said Leadway Pensure’s RSA funds outperformed the stipulated benchmark for October, with RSA One returning a 32 per cent annualized return against a 25 per cent benchmark. RSA Two, she noted, returned 25 per cent while RSA Three returned 20 per cent. RSA Four returned 18 per cent against the 9 per cent benchmark, she said.
