President Kagame on Tuesday,
December 8, met with the African Union Reforms Advisory Team in a
meeting held in Kigali and also attended by the Chairperson of the AU
Commission Mousa Faki Mahamat. The group of experts from diverse fields
and coming from different countries was picked by President Kagame in
2016 to help in his assignment to champion institutional reforms within
