Airtel Money yatangaza ushirika na Shirika la Ŕeli Tanzania kurahisisha huduma ya usafiri kwa watanzania


Mkurugenzi wa Mawasiliano Airtel Tanzania Beatrice Singano (kushoto) akizungumza jijini Dar es Salaam mwishoni mwa wiki wakati wakutangaza ushirikiano na Shirika la Reli Tanzania (TRC) ambapo kwa sasa wateja wa Airtel wateweza kulipia tiketi za usafiri kupitia Airtel Money katika msimu huu wa sikukuu. Kulia ni Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa TRC Masanja Kadogosa.

Airtel Tanzania imetangaza ushirikiano mpya na Shirika la Reli Tanzania kupitia huduma yake ya Airtel Money ambapo kuanzia sasa, wateja wao wataweza kununua tiketi za kusafiri wa treni kupitia akaunti zao za Airtel Money. 

Kwa sasa, usafiri wa treni umekuwa ni mkombozi mkubwa kwa watanzania baada ya serikali ya awamu ya tano inayoongozwa na Mh. Rais,Dokta John Pombe Magufuli,kufanya kazi kubwa ya kuimarisha sekta ya miundombinu ya reli nchini kwa kukarabati reli ya kanda kaskazini (Tanga, Moshi, Arusha) na huduma hii inaanzia Daresalaam -Arusha.

Akizungumza jijini Dar es Salaam wakati wa kutangaza ushirikiano huo mpya, kwa niaba ya Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Airtel Tanzania Mkurugenzi wa mawasiliano wa Airtel Bi, Beatrice Singano alisema kuwa Airtel Money imekuwa tayari kukaribisha ushirikiano wowote ambao unaongeza tija kwa wateja wake. “Airtel Money Tunajisikia fahari sana kuingia katika ushirikiano mwingine na shirika letu la taifa la Reli Tanzania. Ubia huu utaongeza tija katika utoaji huduma zetu na hivyo kuwanufaisha wateja wetu wote.  Wateja wa TRC kwa sasa wataweza kulipia tiketi zao kupitia huduma yetu ya Airtel Money kwa uhuru kabisa. Naomba nitumie fursa hii kutoa rai kwa wateja wa Airtel kutumia huduma yetu ya Airtel Money ili kuokoa muda na kufanya malipo kwa njia rahisi na salama’.

 

Tunaelewa ya kuwa hiki kipindi cha msimu wa sikukuu wateja wetu husafiri sana kwa ajili ya kwenda kukutana na familia, ndugu jamaa na marafiki kwa ajili ya kusherehekea sikukuu za Krismas na Mwaka Mpya. Ushirikiano huu utawapa unafuu kwani kwa sasa watakuwa na uhuru wa kulipia tiketi za usafiri wakiwa mahali popote pale bila kutembelea ofisi za TRC, Singano alisema. Mteja atakakiwa kupiga *150*60# kisha kwenda namba 5 Lipabili namba 5 tena Malipo ya Serikali kisha mteja ataingiza namba ya kumbukumbu aliyopata toka kwenye tovuti ya TRC na kufanya malipo papo hapo atahakikishiwa safari yake.

 

“Airtel Money kwa sasa imeunganishwa mtandao wa huduma kwa wateja wa Shirika la Reli Tanzania,kwa kuingia kwa tovuti ya TRC ambayo ni www.trc.co.tz, ili kukata tiketi kwa njia ya mtandao, ambapo kwa muunganiko huo  wateja wa Airtel Money wanaweza kulipia tiketi zao za TRC moja kwa moja kupitia akaunti za Airtel Money kwani ni njia salama, haraka na nafuu.”

 

‘Airtel Tunaimani  ya kwamba kwa kupitia Airtel Money, tumeweza kuwarahisishia wasafiri kutotumia muda mwingi kutembelea ofisi za TRC kwa ajili ya kulipia tiketi zao, lakini kwa sasa ukiwa na Airtel Money, unauhakika kuwa siti yako imehifadhiwa kwa ajili yako’, Singano aliongeza.

 

Akizungumza katika hafla hiyo, Mkurugenzi Mkuu wa Shirika la Reli Tanzania Ndugu Masanja Kungu Kadogosa alisema ‘TRC daima inaendeleza ubunifu katika kutoa huduma bora, haraka na salama kwa wateja wetu wote kwa kuwa tunatambua umuhimu wa huduma zetu kwa jamii na ni usafiri wa gharama nafuu kuliko usafiri wowote . Kwa ubia huu na Airtel Tanzania utasaidia kuboresha zaidi utoaji huduma kwa wateja wanaotumia mtandao wakati wakulipia tiketi zao kwani ni rahisi kwenye kutumia na vile vile unaweza kujihudumia ukiwa popote na hivyo kuwahakikishia wateja huduma za uhakika na haraka za usafirishaji”.

 

“Airtel Money ni moja ya njia rahisi na salama kwenye kufanya malipo kwa njia ya mtandao. Kwa kuwa sasa imeunganisha kwenye mtandao wetu wa malipo, wateja wetu watakuwa na uhuru wa kuchagua zaidi inapokuja suala la kulipia tiketi za usafirishaji”. Aliongezea ili kupata huduma hii wateja wanatakiwa kuingia kwa tovuti ya TRC, ambayo niwww.trc.co.tz, fungua kata tiketi kwa njia ya mtandao, unapoingia hapo utajaza kutokana ma maelekezo unapewa.

 

Naendelea kuwasihi wateja wetu tukate tiketi kwa njia ya mtandao ambayo ni rahisi zaidi popote ulipo, maana ni inakupunguzia garama na muda, huduma za usafiri  wa reli kwa njia kaskazini kutoka Daresalaam _Arusha ni siku ya Jumatatu, Jumatano na ijumaa, muda wa safari kuanzia sa 8:30 mchana na inafika Arusha sa 3:00 Asubuhi, na kutoka Arusha ni Siku ya Jumanne, Alhamisi na Jumamòsi, muda ni sa 8:30 mchana na kufika Daresalaam sa 3:00 Asubuhi.

 

Airtel Tanzania partners with TRC in improving railway transport ahead of festive seasons

Dar Es Salaam, Monday 14 December 2020… Airtel Tanzania, the Smartphone Network has today announced a new partnership with Tanzania Railway Corporation, in boosting railway transport ahead of the festive seasons, whereby from now on, Airtel customers and others will get the access of purchasing TRC tickets through Airtel Money wallets.

In recent days, TRC has been doing well in railway transport and especially after the fifth government investing a lot in improving its infrastructure and introducing new routes between Dar es Salaam, Moshi and Arusha.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam while announcing the new partnership, Airtel Communication Director Beatrice Singano said that Airtel has always been welcoming such partnerships which add value to its customers. ‘We are happy to enter into another partnership with TRC. This will add value to our existing services for the benefit of our customers, where TRC customers can secure their tickets easily by paying through Airtel Money at their own convenience. I call upon our esteemed customers to make use of this service in order to save time and make their payment processes easy”

‘We understand that this is a festive season where most of our customers travel upcountry to spend Christmas and Happy New celebrations with their families and loved ones. This partnership with TRC will be a relieve to them as they will no longer to physically visit TRC offices to book their tickets,’ Singano added.

Speaking at the event, TRC Managing Director Masanja Kadogosa. said, “TRC continues to focus on customer satisfaction in many ways especially in availing our products into the market. Therefore, this partnership with Airtel Tanzania will allow our products to reach all customers uses digital platforms in purchasing TRC tickets as it is convenient and user friendly and can be accessed from anywhere thus ensuring reliable transport services.
