Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa said
there were 24,067 taken care in at least 140 orphanage centers across
the country, out of them 11,925 are male while 12,142 were female.
He
said in collaborating provision of services to the children, the
government has provided 900 health insurance IDs to the children.
