EAC cancels Heads of State Summit in Arusha

• EAC secretariat say the decision to call off the Presidents’ meeting was due to lack of quorum after Burundi failed to send a representative.
•  Presidents John Magufuli (Tanzania), Yoweri Museveni (Uganda) and Uhuru Kenyatta (Kenya) held private talks before the meeting was called off.
