Renault Kenya has unveiled two more cars in the local market
bringing to eight the number of its models since re-entry four years
ago.
The French brand has unveiled the Renault Sandero
and Logan brands that come with outstanding features and a competitive
price for cars in the same category.
“These two will be
the best choice for anyone looking out for affordable, fuel-efficient
and comfortable day to day car,” said Renault Kenya Brand Manager
Jonathan Santos.
The Logan comes installed with the New
Media Nav Evolution system that includes an integrated rear view
camera, air conditioner and steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
The model offers lighter driving with seamless acceleration and better stability.
The
Sandero model boasts redesigned front end panel and has more pronounced
chrome grille. It has a new front and rear lighting signature making
vehicle ideal for adventure lovers.
Both
Logan and Sandero adopt the lighting signature common with all of
Renault’s recent models, with the characteristic C shape on both front
and back.
On the front, the signature is clearly visible both at night and day thanks to the new LED daytime running lights.
The
radiator grill is made using Renault’s special design, which sits
seamlessly alongside the new bumpers and fog light rims. The rear of the
cars has also been given the same treatment.
In
February, Renault Kenya launched its Koleos brand in the local market
but said had no immediate plans to assemble its cars in Kenya.
Mr Santos said Renault plans to open more after-sales and service centres.
