Some 300 leaders from central and local
government, private sector and civil society on Sunday descended on
Gabiro in Gatsibo District where they are attending the 15th annual
National Leadership Retreat. The four-day event was officially opened
yesterday by President Paul Kagame, who called on the leaders to
establish effective working relationships among themselves and be
results-oriented.
In his opening remarks, the President
underlined the urgency of tackling such challenges as malnutrition and
