President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived in Uganda Saturday
afternoon where he was accorded a ceremonial guard of honour and 21 gun
salute as he began a three-day State Visit.
Mr Kenyatta, who was formally received by his host President
Yoweri Museveni at State House Entebbe, inspected a guard of honour
mounted by a detachment of the Ugandan Defence Forces. The President is
accompanied by the First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.
While in Uganda Mr Kenyatta and his host will hold
bilateral talks focusing on among others trade, integration and economic
prosperity.
He is also expected to address the Ugandan
Parliament on Monday. President Kenyatta is also accompanied by Cabinet
Secretaries Amb Amina Mohamed, Henry Rotich, Amb Raychelle Omamo and
James Macharia among other senior government officials
