Hope on Day 4 as Kenya says Govt has full control of Westgate

2.15PM: KDF confirms three soldiers have died and 8 others are in hospital after they were injured in the Westgate Mall attack.
1.40pm: Gun shots and blasts keep going off from inside the building. A government Press conference has been kept in abeyance for more than five hours.
12.26pm: Deputy President William Ruto says Kenyans will overcome terrorists cruelty with composure and answer their cowardice with solid courage.
12.19pm: Police say they are doing clean-up of explosives set up by the terrorists at Westgate building.
11.45am: Kenya Police say attackers are spreading propaganda on situation at Westgate Mall, asks Kenyans to ignore them.
11:35am: The International Criminal Court prosecutor has said she is ready to work with Kenya to ensure the Westgate Mall attackers face justice.
11.32am: KDF states they are continuing to neutralise terrorist threat at Westgate Mall, troops now in mop up operations in the building.
11.30am: State House Spokesperson Manoah Esipisu says one more terrorist has been gunned down bringing death toll of attackers to 3.
9.06am: Sh52,946,661 raised on Safaricom's M-PESA as at 9am towards Westgate humanitarian activities.
8.35am: Sporadic gunshots heard from Westgate Mall. Security agents to use sniffer dogs and bomb detectors in last operation
6.41am: Intermittent gunshots heard coming from within the Westgate Mall
6.07am: Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs Amina Mohammed tells American station PBS that two or three US men and a British woman were among the attackers in Nairobi
