“We are launching our Passenger Charter to demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service. To meet this promise, we need to fully engage and communicate with our customers, and our new website has been designed to help us achieve this goal.”
Fly540’s newly designed website offers passengers a more user-friendly experience as well as greater access to key information. In addition, the website now includes a ‘Special Offers’ section and an option for passengers to sign-up to the Fly540 mailing list to receive promotions and updates about Fly540’s routes.
“Our flights are low cost and offer passengers a more convenient form of transport than travelling by road. The new flights reflect the increasing demand for domestic air travel in Kenya, and Fly540’s commitment to meet that demand,” added Mr Don.
