Knut and rival union the Kenya Union of Post
Primary Teachers (Kuppet) were notified, through notices in newspapers,
to attend court Friday to respond to a case filed by TSC against the
strike.
Only Kuppet sent a lawyer to argue the case.
The judge directed the Attorney General (AG) to file an affidavit confirming that Knut was indeed served.
