Insurer sets up satellite units to grow market share

UAP Insurance has introduced satellite offices to grow its market share in the country.
According to the insurer’s managing director, Mr James Wambugu, the move will bolster the firm’s bid as it seeks to strengthen its countrywide footprint.
The satellite offices are geared towards increasing the uptake of the company’s products, especially in  micro insurance, tourism and marine covers.
“The expansion and modernisation plan is geared at aligning our branches to have a similar ambience as our head office and to equip them with a modern customer experience centre to deliver one-stop service,” said Mr Wambugu
