Cardiac Institute (JKCI) will next week inaugurate Cardiac Mobile Clinic
services to cater for more patients likely to seek its access.
That was revealed in a statement issued to
the media yesterday further indicating that the service will
be
launched in Ruvuma Region on Monday next week. It showed that service(s)
will help many citizens in the upcountry regions who would want to
receive special cardiac treatment.
The statement said after the inauguration,
JKCI staff will continue to provide services to Ruvuma residents for
six days from July 23 to 28 this year. The Cardiac Mobile Clinic
services will be sustained in all Mainland and Zanzibar regions and the
institute will soon release a timetable depending on the applications
from the regional authorities, it illustrated in part.
It further pointed out that the services
will include medication after one undergoing screening, counselling, and
education on proper diet and referrals to patients who will be required
to visit the institute for additional medication.
The statement again indicated that the
institute aims at making sure that its patients individually get proper
services and counselling in relation to their cardiac complications.
