The Higher Education Loans Board is targeting Kenyans in the diaspora who received funds to study but have not yet repaid the money.

Helb chief executive Charles Ringera said Kenyans living abroad have not been servicing their loans and the agency wants the money repaid.

Speaking to the Nation on Monday, he said the recent waiver on interest had increased repayment by over 400 per cent.
