Some 300 leaders from central and local government, private sector and civil society on Sunday descended on Gabiro in Gatsibo District where they are attending the 15^th annual National Leadership Retreat.
On Day II of the retreat on Tuesday, participants discussed prerequisites for transformational growth; transformation through enhanced urbanization competitiveness; and increasing agricultural sector productivity.
