Some 300 leaders from central and local
government, private sector and civil society on Sunday descended
on Gabiro in Gatsibo District where they are attending the 15
th annual National Leadership Retreat.
On Day II of the retreat on Tuesday, participants discussed
prerequisites for transformational growth; transformation through
enhanced urbanization competitiveness; and increasing agricultural
sector productivity.
