Tech world comes alive with new devices

It might be winter in Barcelona, Spain, but the Mobile World Congress 2016, which ended yesterday heated things up quite a bit with the latest cutting-edge technological innovations and products being unveiled.
The tech world in the past two months has received an influx of devices following CES 2016 show in Las Vegas in January and now in the Spanish city.
The first two months of the year see the highest activity by technological device manufacturers as they aim to push their products and come up with new marketing strategies to move these same product to consumers. Here are some of the latest devices:
Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge
Samsung have continued with the premium price Galaxy series to replace its current Galaxy S6, S6 edge and S6 edge Plus.
The 5.1- inch Samsung Galaxy S7 and the 5.5-inch S7 edge come with a waterproofing feature, expandable storage and longer battery life.
LG G5
There was speculation on whether or not the Korean device maker would unveil its flagship during the MWC 2016. LG was not left behind in the race for the consumer, pulling all the stops with their new device. The LG G per cent has a metal body, a 5.3 inch display, and to top the feature, the bottom of the phone is removable.
This will allow users access to the battery (most flagship devices have in-built batteries) and users can add accessories to the bottom of the device.
Sony Xperia X
While the flagships were unveiled, Sony decided to bring in a range of devices for all price points in the market. The Xperia X series will include the Xperia XA, the Xperia X and Xperia X Performance.
The XA has a 5-inch display, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, a 13 megapixel back camera and an eight megapixel front camera. In addition, it has the option of single or dual SIM.
The Xperia X abd X performance have a 5-inch display, 3GB RAM 32GB storage, a 23 megapixel back camera, a 13 megapixel front camera and a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
All three devices have expandable memory, run on Android 6.0 marshmallow and 4G capability.
5G and Internet of Things
Nokia and Ericsson have made their investment in the 5G which has been pushed by the growth of Internet of Things (IoT).
The network companies have boosted their investment in the field, each showcasing solutions during the MWC
