Manager for consumer banking, Mr Valence Luteganya, said Mr Julius
Odinga of Mikocheni in Dar es Salaam has won 100 per cent followed by
Ibrahim Ali Omar of Zanzibar 75 per cent and Daniel Laizer of Arusha
region 50 per cent.
He said the first winner who get 100 per
cent win back a salary up to a maximum of 5m/- , the second winner 75
per cent of salary up to a maximum of 3.7m/- and third winner 50 per
cent salary back up to a maximum 2.5m/- .
“We are happy to reward our Julius
Odinga and two other customers who are not here today. Our focus is to
help customers achieve their ambitions in the right way,” Luteganya told
reporters in Dar es Salaam.
Meanwhile, Barclays also handed over
4.6m/- to Mr Jeremia Molel of Arusha Region as a winner of the second
draw of ‘Win back your loan’ campaign. According to Mr Luteganya, it is a
three months campaign, launched on September 1st and expected to end on
November 30th, this year.
“The campaign gives an opportunity to
Barclays customer to win back their loan up to an amount of 20m/- ,” he
said. He said that the campaign was open to all customers who take their
loans from the bank
