FAO and Russia sign Ksh 1.1B deal to eradicate dessert locusts in the region

FAO, and the Russian Federation have signed a 1.1 billion-Shilling contribution to boost efforts to control and eliminate Desert Locusts in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan and Uganda.
