The shareholders, who gave the commendation at the 25th
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Group held virtually on June 27,
2020, and broadcasted live from Dar es Salaam, also unanimously approved
the payment of a cash dividend of 17 shillings per share, which
translates to 44.4 billion, for the year ended December 31, 2019.
