General Insurance recently won the Best Customer Service Company Award
(Insurance Category) The award was given to the company at the 2018
Nigeria Brand Award held recently in Lagos.
In his
acceptance speech, the MD/CEO, FBN General Insurance, Bode Opadokun,
attributed the achievement to the company’s culture of priority
attention to customer satisfaction.
He
thanked the organisers for finding the company worthy of the honour
saying, “at FBN General Insurance, we do not take our customers’
interests lightly.”
“We
remain committed to delighting our customers at every touchpoint and we
constantly seek better ways of delivering quality services to them at
all times.
“Our
recently launched Rapid Response Claims Assessment initiative, for
example, is one of the many ways we have demonstrated that indeed, our
customers do really matter,” he said.
He said
this explains why FBN General Insurance recently launched three retail
products, AutoFlexi, FlexiHome and FlexiGuard in response to customers’
yearning for simple, affordable and flexible insurance products.
