Yesterday was day 3 of Umwiherero. The four-day meeting, underway at the Rwanda Defence Force Combat Training Centre in Gabiro, Gatsibo District in Eastern Province, is set to close today. Some 300 officials from central and local governments, private sector and civil society are attending the annual event which focuses on the country’s development blueprint.
