Cuban firms invited to invest in sugar, drugs

Serikali imeshauriwa kutoa ushirikiano kwa watetezi wa haki za binadamu ili kurahisisha utendaji kazi wao badala ya kuwaona watetezi hao kama wachochezi katika jamii na wakati mwingine kuwafungulia mashitaka.
Ushauri huo umetolewa hii leo Jijini Mwanza na Mratibu wa Taifa wa Mtandao wa Watetezi wa Haki za Binadamu nchini, Onesmo Olengurumwa, kwenye mafunzo ya siku tatu kwa watetezi wa haki za binadamu kutoka mikoa mbalimbali nchini.
Amesema katika baadhi ya maeneo kama Loliondo mkoani Arusha kwenye mgogoro wa ardhi kati ya wananchi na mwekezaji, watetezi wa haki za binadamu wamechukuliwa kama wachochezi na kufunguliwa mashitaka jambo linalosababisha baadhi yao kushindwa kutekeleza majukumu yao na wengine kuacha kabisa shughuli za utetezi.
Akifungua Mafunzo hayo, Kaimu Kamishna Msaidizi wa Madini Kanda ya Ziwa Victoria magharibi, Mayigi Makobela, amesema serikali itaendelea kuwaelimisha wachimbaji wadogo ili waifahamu vyema sheria ya madini namba 4 ya mwaka 2010 ili kupunguza migogoro iliyopo na kwamba imetenga zaidi ya hekta elfu 12 kwa ajili ya wachimbaji wadogo wadogo wa madini.
Pia amesema serikali imetenga shilingi bilioni 6.6 kwa ajili ya ruzuku kwa wachimbaji wadogo na kuwahimiza kujiunga kwenye vikundi ili wapatiwe ruzuku hiyo.
Baadhi ya washiriki wamesema mafunzo hayo yatawasaidia kuimarisha utendaji wao wa kazi jambo litakalowasaidia kutimiza vyema wajibu wao katika jamii bila kuonekana wachochezi huku pia wakiwa katika upande salama dhidi ya maisha yao.

WATU Jamii ya walemavu ambao ni maderava wa vyombo vya moto wametakiwa kujitokeza kwenye shule mbalimbali za udereva ili kupata mafunzo ya udereva ikiwa pamoja na kupata leseni kabla ya kutumia vyombo hivyo.

Wito huo umetolewa Dar es Salaam leo na Mkuu wa Usalama Barabarani Mkoa wa kipolisi wa Ilala,Peter Mashishanga wakati akiwatunuku vyeti walemavu 19 ambao wa mefunzo ya mwenzi mmoja katika shule ya udereva ya Nyato's iliyopo Majohe Bomba mbili Manispaa ya Ilala.

Alisema kuwa ipo haja ya walemavu ambao wanamiliki vyombo vya moto na kuendesha vyombo hivyo kabla hawajaingia barabarani ni vema wakapata mafunzo ya kujuwa alama,kanuni na sheria za usalama barabarani.

"Ni muhimu kwa kundi hili ambalo leo mmepata vyeti vya kuhitimu mafunzo ya udereva kwenda kuwa mabalozi kwa wengine ambao hawajapata fursa ya kupata mafunzo kama  nyie kwenda  kuwahamasisha ili wajiunge katika vyuo vya udereva ikiwamo chuo hiki cha Nyato's ambacho kimeaza mpango wa kutoa mafunzo haya kwa nchi nzima kwa kushirikiana Kamati ya Taifa ya Usalama Barabarani kwa watu Wenye Ulemavu."alisema Mashishanga

Aidha aliwaeleza wahitimu hao kuwa wahakikishe  wanakwenda kupata majaribio kwa wa kufunzi wa kikosi cha Usalama barabarani ili wapate leseni zitakazo wafanya waweze kuendesha vyombo vya vya moto.

Kwaupande wake Mkurugenzi wakitengo cha Elimu kwa Umma kikosi cha Usalama barabarani nchini,Mrakibu Msaidizi wa Polisi (ASP),Mossi Ndozero alisema kuwa ni muhimu kwa wahitimu hao kwenda kuzingatia sheria za usalama barabarani ikiwa pamoja na kuvaa kofia ngumu,na kutozidisha abiria.

Naye Mkurugenzi wa shule hiyo Wilfred Nyato alishukuru kwa ushirikiano uliopo kati ya   Jeshi hilo na taasisi yake ambapo pia ametoa  ofa ya kusoma bure kwa mlemavu Thomas Kone ambaye hivi karibuni alipata msaada wa bajaji kutoka kwa Rais Dk. John Magufuli.

Nyato alisema kuwa kimeazisha mpango wa kutoa mafunzo  ya udereva kwa kushirikiana na kamati ya  Taifa ya usalama kwa watu wenye ulemavu kwa lengo la kukabiliana na matukio ya ajali za barabarani.
