The
celebrated tactician touched down in Mombasa on Sunday from Dubai
together with his wife Cristina Serra and his three children - Maria,
Marius and Valentina, then flew to Maasai Mara on a chartered flight.
The
44-year-old former coach of Barcelona who is regarded one of the most
successful managers in world football was in the same flight as Mombasa
Governor Ali Hassan Joho from Dubai.
NEEDS PRIVACY
After
landing in Mombasa, Guardiola posed for pictures Joho and Mombasa
County Executive for Infrastructure Tawfiq Balala. “We were with
Guardiola in Mombasa on Sunday, but he is here purely on holiday
and needs privacy,” Balala said.
Guardiola has
been linked with a move to the English Premier League as coach of
either Manchester City or Manchester United. He will leave Bayern at the
end of the current season.
“Yes it is true we were
