Telecom launches app for services management

AIRTEL Tanzania launched an application empowering customers to manage services provided by the firm seamlessly.
“The new application dubbed “Airtel care App” is the first of many innovations geared at improving the quality of experience and enable Airtel customers manage everything on their finger-tips,” said the firm Public Relations Manager, Mr Jackson Mmbando.

“At Airtel, we are always gathering insights to better understand customer needs and preferences, with the aim of designing tailor-made products and services that speak to the needs of our customers,” he said.
The “Airtel care App” is more than just a convenience for Airtel customer, it’s an empowering tool which gives customers the choice, ability and freedom to do more on their mobile devices.
The services include account recharge, balance checks, Usage Balance, buy voice and data bundles, send/receive money, and buy a preferable ring back tone, transaction reports, and customer support at no additional cost.
