Lady Justice Linnet Ndolo adjourned the matter to 2.30 pm after the Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) failed to send its lawyers to court Friday.

Knut and rival union the Kenya Union of Post Primary Teachers (Kuppet) were notified, through notices in newspapers, to attend court Friday to respond to a case filed by TSC against the strike.

Only Kuppet sent a lawyer to argue the case.
The judge directed the Attorney General (AG) to file an affidavit confirming that Knut was indeed served.
